Company's Occupational Safety and Health Policy:

Under the effective operation of ISO 45001, the company regularly performs hazard identification and risk assessment every year through the Plan, Do, Check, and Action Target Management Cycle (PDCA), and targets high-risk operations, then immediately take improvement programs to reduce operational risks. At the same time, for projects and units that have a high incidence of occupational disasters, analyze the causes of occupational disasters and make continuous improvements.

The company has formulated a series of emergency response measures and methods. It is usually ready for prevention and conducts drills from time to time. With this drill, it can improve the plant's ability to respond to unexpected accidents and has great incentives.


Caring for Employees and Health Care

Company attaches great importance to the care of employees, so that each employee can contribute his or her own power in the workplace. Relevant welfare measures include: insuring labor insurance / health insurance / group insurance for employees, as well as occupational medicine and family medicine physicians stationed at the factory. Annually conduct employee health inspections and special job health inspections. Three sections of gift money are provided to provide staff dormitories and various competitions. Basketball courts, indoor billiards, billiards, fitness equipment, and KTV rooms are available for employees. The Welfare Committee was established to provide employees with marriage / fertility / travel / injury / death / children's scholarships.


Employee Parental Leave

Children’s growth is very important, especially when they are infants, which is their most important stage of life, and need the care and attention of their parents. The company applied for a total of 3 childcare leave in 2019, including 3 female employees. From November 2018 to the end of November 2019, the number of reinstatements was 3, and there were 3 female employees. The return rate was 100%, as shown in the table below.

Employee Health

The company attaches great importance to the physical health of employees, and provides annual health checkups to detect illnesses and treat them early. At the same time, the company supplies food for colleagues and the restaurant employs professional nutritionists to check the diet and health of employees and actively promotes healthy kitchens.

Health Check

In order to take care of the health of employees and prevent the occurrence of major diseases, the company handles high-level supervisors' health checks in addition to the general employees' health checks every year. For special operations employees, specific inspections are performed once a year to ensure the health and safety of workers.
